HOW TO REDUCE STRESS
I've just known that i could write in emotional sense, i can think
clearly when am mad, i can get an idea when am being in trouble
situation more over am being pushed around by my beloved people around
me. Yesterday i was confused by two things that sent me into
"ambivalent" situation between my job and ma study, i didn't know how
could i managed this, otherside i didn't wanna hurt ma familly 'bout
this, they always adviced me something which was out of line with ma
mind, in my own mind, i didn't wanna be their burden and now am being
in a trouble "stress".
I wanna ease my bad mood, how to do it?
What is stress? Some say that stress is a mentallity or emotionall
troublesome or worrying influence, this word seems to make all us
sick, and we're gonna blame anything on it, if you get a headache at
work, it's stress and there are so many kinds of stress in the rest of
our life, what i've told above was a kind of stress that probably
we've gotten it, ok, lets lean down our self and just relax your self
on a comfortable seat and dun wanna let us always fall in a stress
situation, and now am gonna give a little bit solution how to reduce
stress in any kind of troublesomes you have got.
1. The first step is "a loughter is the best medicine for your
headache", have a sense of humor, if we can find humor in a bad
situation then the situation is getting better it means that humor is
quite useful in reducing our stress. So whenever you are faced with a
problem or a dificult situation, just try to find the humor in it.
2. The second step is just take it easy bro!, let our mind take a rest
for awhile by playing game or doing something useful like sleeping or
eating.
3. The third step is exercise, exercise is a great stress reducer, so
try to take time out of your day to do some exercise, we can take 10
minutes wall around during your lunch hour.
4. The fourth step is be thankful people, try to take a minute out of
everyday activities to think one thing that you are lucky people.
5. The las is be religius, however, the bad situation we are in, there
is God, so just do the positive thing with pray to God, help someone
that need us to be helped, there's no other way than praying. The more
religius we are, the better we will be in taking care of our stress.
